Shipping policy

Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. We offer priority shipping once item is handcrafted.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days
Latin American and the Caribbean: 10-20 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 10-20 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 10-20 business days.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual deliver time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and imports taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and important taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Methods and Costs
• Priority Shipping (5-8 business days): $9.50 (Free with $100 minimum purchase for USA orders only.)
• 2-Day Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95 (Free with $100 minimum purchase for USA orders only.)
Some shipping methods may not be available in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your cart or your selected shipping address.

 

Refund policy

We are committed to providing quality products and best services to our clients. However, due to the handmade aspect to our products, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions about our products, please send us an email care@sacreadanarchy.org prior to placing an order so we may answer your questions and assure you are happy with your order.
All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged item upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We do not offer refunds on damaged items. Please check with your local post office to file a claim as all orders are insured up to $100. We will, however, make sure you get what you ordered in excellent condition.
