What you engage with or give your attention to is setting the scene for thoughts to enter.
Just think of a hosting an annual party.
You set the scene.
You decide who will be invited.
You prepare the invitations.
Decide on a dress code.
Create a menu and what will be served
and so on.
By the setting the scene, you create the desired vibration for the party.
This is the same for your mind — your psyche.
Only, instead of inviting people as guests, you invite thoughts, and those thoughts invite thought-forms as their significant other to your party.
This is why the actions, engagements, and attention you took throughout the year matters.
What relationships did you strengthen?
What relationships did you sever?
What new relationships did you create?
The mind is not just the party; it’s all the little action steps you took all year long and previous years.
This is why thoughts cannot be not changed overnight — they are built over time, just like relationships.
If you’re not careful about the relationships (thoughts) you are entertaining, those relationships may gossip and “lay eggs” called thought forms or larvae.
All this takes place in the astral realm, which is why most people never give the condition of their mind a second thought.
They just allow it to become polluted in hopes others cannot see how trashed their mind is.
But it is SEEN.
Your choice of words, your behaviors, your tone, your gestures…. All tell the story of your psyche.
…The story of your polluted or pure psyche.
The psyche becomes the home of your thoughts and thought forms.
What you think about matters, but what matters more is the environment you create for the right thoughts to enter.
If you’ve been laissez-faire about maintaining your psyche, your life will reflect that.
=> whose ready to level up their psyche and clean up the larvae!?
