The Occult Chateau ships from Saint Petersburg, Florida via USPS.
6% tax on orders for Florida residents. Please allow 3-4 business days for all 'made-to-order' items. All other orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
*Please note that during sales, orders may take up to 48 hours longer to ship.
Some handmade, custom, or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
We currently ship international orders via USPS or UPS. You will be prompted to specify your preference at checkout. *Please note these shipping times are not guaranteed by The Occult Chateau. Customs may hold packages and this is out of our hands.
Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and The Occult Chateau is no longer liable. The Occult Chateau is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
