The Occult Chateau only offers store credit or exchange on Altars & Decor items if mailed within 14 days of the date it was received. Made-to-order and custom products are not returnable.
Sale items are not returnable and are final sale.
Merchandise returned for store credit or exchange must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition with tags still attached (if applicable).
We do not refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please carefully package the item(s) in their original packing materials.

To request a return, follow this link and click on the order you'd like to return.
You'll then receive an email approving or denying your return according to our policy within 24 business hours. Please be sure to add tracking and insurance to your package. We are not liable for lost returns.
