Use on Temples
• With just a few drops Thoth will take your active mind and aching head to the land of Khem where alchemy is the healing elixir.

Rub on Neck, Shoulders, and Lower Back
• Calming the mind generally leaves a residue of aching shoulders, neck and lower back. Give yourself a light massage as you work in the Thoth Oil to relieve tension.

Anoint Third Eye Chakra
• The esoteric mind works with the higher worlds and that means psychic energy can easily become drained. Anoint your third eye (middle of the lower forward) with a few drops of the Thoth Oil and ask your guides for what you need.
