Just as everything in life has its rhythm and cycle, you too, have yours.
When you were born you spent approximately 9 months in the womb of your mother. You took in nutrients from her temple to help you develop the essential building blocks of your sacred temple.
But there was another Mother that was also helping you to grow and develop… Mother Gaia.
In Hermeticism, we learn the principle of correspondence — as above, so below.
The mother below and the Mother above were nourishing your sacred site simultaneously.
But like everything in life, She also has her cycle and rhythm.
Having spent just 9-ish months in the womb, the other 3 months created deficiency within the sacred temple.
We are all born with weaknesses for this reason.
Some of us cannot digest certain foods and have allergies, while others have emotional disturbances or mental struggles, and other ailments.
No one is spinning image of health, because no one spent the entire cycle in the womb.
When you take into consideration how the person decides to live their life, what foods they will consume to nourish their body or what poisons and toxins will be ingested or taken — this also determines the severity of these deficiencies.
This is why we all need to commit to the daily practice of Healing.
This is how we preserve the sacredness of our temple, through maintenance and Care — through honoring the cycles and rhythms that affect us all in different ways.
