Let’s take a look at Energy — the currency of life.
Without Energy, we become zombies. We “die”.
But how does one become a zombie?
Simple. he drains his life force ENERGY. He whittles it away by:
+ giving away his power
+ getting triggered and becoming defensive
+ supporting causes that are reactive, not proactive
+ obsessing over information, but never making changes
+ finding problems, yet never recognizing the solution
There are many moments in the day where we give our attention to things that drain our energy; that make us want to lash out, become defensive, feel the need to protect ourselves and loved ones from danger or pain, yet never REFILLING our life force energy.
Which leads to an abundance of lack in the consciousness of man, which is then stored in the collective unconscious for everyone to cope with.
This creates personal trauma and generational trauma.
Essentially, society becomes traumatized by their inability (or lack of desire) to create energy.
They live their lives angry at other people, blaming them for their problems, and living in a state of victimization.
But these are just examples of a society that is deficient in energy.
If you are always in defensive or protective mode, how do you replenish the energy used on these tasks?
🔑To create energy you must find value in Growth.
The majority of man will not go within to see how to refill his own cup.
❗️Instead, he points fingers and sees his shadows unconsciously In others.
He becomes volatile and taunting towards those he blames for his own lack of energy.
He places value in material things like money, followers, physical sensations like overeating, overthinking, over exercising…etc…
And yet, he never thinks to go within. To be quiet. To self reflect. To self contemplate. And so we wakes up every morning thinking he is alive even though he is deficient in energy.
He drinks caffeine to get the day started, but he doesn’t realize that caffeine doesn’t create energy; it is just another defense mechanism that drains the life force.
